"Very clean. Airport pickup arranged and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. Could not have been more pleased with the private villa with pool. Breakfast was made for us privately and they made arrangements for massages. Friedliest staff and an overall wonderful start to our Bali vacation "

"Poppy and her staff made our stay relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel is quiet and still central to everything you need. Will definitely recommend that people stay here"

"Very good staff"

"サイコーでした"

"Very nice place, highly recommend"

"All staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable and our villa was immaculate and spacious."

"Very nice and clean villa and lovely staff can't get better"

"Everything was 10 months away we loved it here"

"Pleasant Staff. Great value."

"Family friendly, restaurant was good."

"I just had an overnight after a flight and it was just fine for that. Don’t expect a western standard 3 star hotel experience, but it had the basics: - hot water - no obvious pest issues - electricity+a/c - mini fridge, coffee, 2 waters - double locks on the door for security"

"Some staff is really helpful while some can test your patience. I asked 1 of the receptionist to get me a towel as I was going into pool. She did not do anything until I went in, came back and asked her where's the towel. Then she sent someone. Her effort for this and other day for trying to my find something I left a day before was also pathetic. I explained everything, showed the photo. Yet after I got another call asking about same thing. Funny enough they never got back to me about it. When...

"We enjoyed out stay in sana vie, the room was very comfortable and staff were friendly"

"I have now stayed here 3 times, the staff are friendly and helpful. The only issue I had this time is my injections needed to be stored in a fridge, instead they were placed in the freezer. Just a language barrier and I shoukd have checked."

"Room was perfect, and the cleaning was always spotless. Ac good, swimming pool fantastic. The only problem was the street, unfortunately we got waken up almost every night by the bikers racing there, so I suggest you ask for a villa that is not close to it. Also the bathtub was leaking a lot, so a puddle would form. But I still recommend."

"I rented this villa for my honeymoon and I am going to start and say the whole thing was a DISAPPOINTMENT! I was supposed to be there for 2 weeks and had to leave after 5 days because of how bad it was. If you want to sleep with lizards crawling around you, get this one. We couldn’t even sleep, and the staff, they did not care not one bit, after multiple complaints they said “don’t worry they are not dangerous”. The shower was another problem, the roof is open to outside so anything can come in,...

"The maintenance on the villa we stayed in itself could use an update. Mostly things like the faucets, mold and moss on the planters, pest prevention (mosquitoes, etc…). Besides the aesthetics that need updating, the staff was wonderful, accommodating, and communicated clearly. Big shout out to Hamsa, thank you for the advice to take a trip to Nusa Penida, we had an amazing time! I would recommend Bali Dream Villas if you want to stay somewhere a little quieter and away from the hustle and bustle...
