"The location is one of the best things about it — it’s just minutes from shopping, Ocean City, and Assateague Island, but it’s tucked away in a quieter area without heavy traffic, so it feels peaceful at the same time. Having your own private cottage is a huge plus. You don’t have to worry much about hearing neighbors, and you also don’t have to worry about your family making too much noise for anyone else. It gives you a lot more privacy and makes the whole stay feel more relaxed. Free parking and the pool are nice extras, and the gated property gives it an added sense of security. For us, it’s been a really comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we’d definitely come back."

"Large and very clean room. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The jacuzzi tub was huge and we enjoyed that! It’s in west OC which is a little inconvenient but not far overall. "

"The shower in my room was terrible the shower head connection to the hose was broken, water pouring out which flooded the bathroom floor my husband almost fell! The drain in tub wouldn't stay open , just horrible "

"The place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, and the host made sure we had everything we needed. Even though the weather was a bit misty and foggy during our visit, it actually made the experience feel peaceful and cozy. The location is great, close to the beaches and Assateague Island, and the whole area has a relaxing family-friendly atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again."

"The home is clean, cute and cozy. It was the perfect space for a girls weekend. The space allowed the five of us to have plenty of space, play games and fix meals. The host was readily available. The location is very convenient to downtown historical Berlin and Assateague State Park. Very happy with our stay. "

"It was fine. Clean room. No frills. Breakfast was nice but very limited. Walls are very thin so everything could be heard in adjoining rooms. Was a convenient location to get to the boardwalk. "
