"Room was nice and clean. The balcony screen was covered in bugs on the outside. Not a huge deal but would’ve been nice if it had been cleaner. Hotel was in Walking distance to beach and Cedar Point which was really nice. However, we were not given our early access pass when we checked in and were almost turned away at the gate. Luckily I had my email from our reservation. Lots of food options on site but kind of pricey. Overall great stay and would stay here again."

"You need to have a small fridge in the rooms. A coffee pot , tissue for blowing noses The desk check we had to wait on her to come out from the back. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work could atlest have a donuts or danishes for breakfast and maybe juice or milk for the kids."

"Had a small misunderstanding at the beginning and they bent over backwards to make it right immediately, which I find admirable. It was great in all other ways - it’s an older hotel, but the room was spotless, bed comfortable, and even had a hot breakfast (basic eggs/sausage/waffle fare). Super friendly staff. We will stay again next time."
