Soak up the historic charm amid modern comforts at this beautiful converted barn that dates back to the 17th century and has been stylishly updated for 21st century living.

The perfect venue for entertaining. With 8 bedrooms, an annex, heated pool, hot tub, children's tree house, enclosed garden, tennis/basketball court, Mahiki bar, BBQ, outdoor dining, sunken trampoline and more.

Ideal for family gatherings, weekend getaways, as a base while getting married or to simply relax and enjoy!

The ground floor has a large entrance hall, open plan fitted kitchen, living and dining area with a projector, built in Sonos speakers, Yamaha piano and French doors that open to the garden.

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor each with en-suites, one with twin beds, one with bunk beds, a king bedroom and one room with a sofa bed.
Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms, two rooms are en-suite, the others share a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a super-king bed, family bathroom and a walk in dressing room.

The annex is separate from the main house and is self contained studio. It has it's own bathroom, kitchenette and can sleep up to four people on the king size bed and sofa bed.

Below the annex we have an additional kitchen, perfect for caterers or to use as an additional space to prep food.

The garden is private and enclosed with a heated swimming pool (open mid April thru to mid October. Here we have a Mahiki style pool bar with sink, fridge and BBQ. There is also a large al-fresco dining space under the pergola.

The house is perfect for groups of up to 21 guests including family gatherings, celebrations, events, corporate meetings, workshops and retreats. Please note our place is not suitable for more than 35 people at any one time.
