"This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Everything about the Sanctum was exactly the same. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a 3x3 due to the size of our family and it worked out cheaper having the convenience of a kitchen, washer dryer and all of us in one place. The location is easy walking distance to the Tube, local shops, pubs and restaurants. When ‘Lulu’, our 10yr olds teddy went missing in the apartment the staff searched everywhere and recovered her...

"We loved our stay here! The beds were comfortable! The room was big enough for us. They were very accomodating. We were able to check in early for $40 pounds extra but so worth it sincexwe wanted to freshen up because we landed at 7am. The staff helped with booking taxis when we needed them and held our luggage and passports so we could tour a little after check out. The only down side might be location away from tourist spots and dining but we used the bus line right outside which got us...

"Friendly staff greeted us. We loved the location next to Regents Park and transportation into the city was close and easy either by bus or Tube. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection of every imaginable breakfast option. All in all a great place to stay. "
