The owner, Jeffrey, was absolutely a joy to work with and got right back to us every time we needed him (even at 1am when we locked ourselves out of the house). I really cannot say enough about this beautiful place. Oh, don't bother bringing bottled water because the water from the tap is from an artesian well and that is all we drank the entire time!! "The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers."
