"Comfortable, wide open space above a garage. Overall build is 1970s with small renovations. Owner puts moth balls in every closet and it is very potent. We had to take them outside. Comfortable bed and shower. Chairs are pretty hard and stiff. Owner greeted us and was very nice. It was a pleasant stay. "

"My husband and I stayed in the very nice property. The host was very accommodating and everything was as pictured and it is very comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The Woodland area is great. Lots of shopping and great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the host for everything. The bed was very comfortable. I always like to comment on the bed and bedding."

"Got a place to park, first floor so easy to walk out to get coffee or a nice meal. Everything you need is provided other than groceries, though he had the basics of spices, etc. He was really helpful getting us settled in. Great place to stay for any visit to The Woodlands."

"Apartment was comfortable, clean and felt new. It was well equipped to meet all our needs. The small grassy fenced area outside the door along with the chairs was great as we had a dog and us. The property manager was friendly, responsive and helpful. I would stay there again."

"This was a very nice property. The cleaning service could have done a better job. When we arrived there were crumbs on the counter, what appeared to be soda on the blinds and stains on the pillow cases. We got some cleaning supplies and sanitized things to our comfort level. The apartment was nice and spacious. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The walls were pretty thin so it was a little loud in one of the rooms near the outside stairs. "Efraín was an exceptional host. He made sure my family and I were abreast of everything going on with the property. If the lights would be off or the water not hot for a few hours due to maintenance, we were aware and could make other arrangements. "Very clean, quaint, beautiful art, very comfy bed, great lap pool, great A/C, Quiet, Easy access. My one and only caution are the Matt’s in the shower! They slide when you take that first step in and I’m a nimble person, mind you. Switch those to something else. Not safe. My Cowboy would have preferred some live t.v. But we made do. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the grand kids loved the pool. There was lots of room to spread out and the location was very private. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working (the host informed us before our stay). The kitchen could use a few more cooking bowls/utensils but there were plenty of dishes.
