"There were 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator. One had been opened and about half full. Room was fairly clean; sparsely furnished. Staff were nice. Didn’t have time to eat breakfast. Didn’t need to use A/C. Fine for price we paid."

"Overall a good choice. Centrally located and offers parking which is very convenient. Breakfast had good savory and sweet options including fresh ground and brewed coffee, eggs, local farm to table ingredients and friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff varied in attitude and demeanor , but Leila was excellent. Room cleaning was thorough and prompt. Pedestrian exit convenient to shops and restaurants. However, Wi-Fi was spotty at best and could be improved. Mezzanine conference room area good for laptop work and being out of room. Biella region is beautiful and relatively uncrowded compared to other small cities. Recommend hiking in Zegna Oasis preserve and Santuario Di Oropa. Piacenza factory store in Pollone has quality cashmere and wool clothing. Also recommend day trips to Torino and Aosta Valley. We would definitely return to this hotel!"

Wonderful hotel! We stayed at the Fortyfive Hotel for three nights and enjoyed every moment. The location is excellent and very quiet, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are fantastic, going above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Breakfast is a rich and delicious buffet. A special thank you to the owner, Vincenzo, who helped us a great deal, was kind and welcoming, and gave us truly exceptional service. Highly recommended! Hotel fantastico! Abbiamo soggiornato al Fortyfive Hotel per tre notti e ci siamo goduti ogni momento. La posizione è ottima e molto tranquilla, l'hotel è eccezionalmente pulito e lo staff è meraviglioso: fa sempre di tutto per offrire un servizio eccellente. La colazione è un buffet ricco e gustoso. "I stayed at this resort because I love wine and am I female traveling alone. In this area it’s impossible to get anywhere without a car and I wanted to be safe. This hotel offers a pool, free wine tasting of the wines they make on site, a restaurant, spa services, as well a s shuttle service. They also have a wine tasting at the cellar where they make their wine for a fee and you can organize a shuttle to get there. I was so glad I stayed here. My room was super cute. Air conditioning worked but was not strong so not good for people that run hot. Because I was solo I was not allowed to dine where I wanted so some of the waiters were rude about that. I asked to have my meal in my room since I had no other option but the other waiters were nice and served me outside by the pool. So you can choose to have your dinner anywhere if they don’t let you eat where you want in the dining room. This resort is all couples so it’s great for safety for female travelers but we don’t get the same respect. They have 3 cats that live there. They don’t approach you unless you do but for those highly allergic make sure you have your meds. Also make sure you have ear plugs because one night a group of guests were singing outside drunk until 2am."
