"A place where customer service still exists. We travel frequently and have stayed in wide arrange of accomodations over the year and seldom do we pick spots that will become frequent layovers; Amsterdam Inn and Suites is now going to be our yearly spot when we travel to central Ontario.

The staff at both check in and check out did not seem as friendly and welcoming as we’ve experienced in the past?
