"If you're headed to Myanmar, this place is a wonderful jumping off point. The manager arranged transport to the border, and his son accompanied us there, then hired a van to take us from the Thai departure desk to the Myanmar immigration window. The manager's son then took us onward to the waiting van, and we drove a few blocks into Myawaddy where another van was hired to take us on to Mawlamyine. And they helped us convert currency.
