"Las sábanas y las toallas estaban manchadas en mal estado la verdad deberían tirar eso da muy mala impresión"

"I checked in at 11pm, night staff was great. I was woken at 7am by the morning staff slamming doors right outside mine. Then a knock at my door 9am from housekeeping! No respect for guests. Also no breakfast as advertised. When. Asked about it I was told, “ we”re not required to serve breakfast “ Steer clear of this hotel, room needed a scrubbing, tv and lights didn’t work."
