He treated me with kindness and respect, which set a positive tone for my entire stay. The staff here are equally exceptional—especially Santos, who is a dedicated and hardworking individual. He ensures that guests have everything they need in their rooms and consistently goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. The General Manager sets a great example by greeting all guests with warmth and professionalism. The rooms are clean, accommodating, and well-maintained—I’ve had no issues at all during my time here. Special recognition also goes to Nilda at the front desk. She does an outstanding job managing multiple tasks while treating every guest with care and efficiency. Pedro, the supervisor, is another standout—he’s approachable, understanding, and consistently exceeds expectations in his role. Overall, my experience at this Motel 6 has been excellent. "I always enjoy stopping at the Saybrook Inn and Spa. The front desk gentleman were very nice and welcomed me back. We arrived almost at restaurant closing time and our server was accommodating and kind. The hotel is pet friendly and the breakfast wait staff were great. Look forward to our next visit."

"The hotel is lovely. By their own admission the owners have a notice saying excuse us whilst we renovate. The lodge was fine, we didn’t really notice it wanted much done. The car park was plenty, the room was spacious and comfy. Great views out the back. Convenient for the area, we really liked it. "
