"Communication with the host, Vicky, is amazing. The condo is exactly as described. (If not better!) If you are a first timer to this location, you will love it and want to book again. It’s an easy walk to John’s Pass, the beach, live music, boat tours, shopping, and plenty of food places. You can’t beat the view. From time to time there will be up to four charter fishing boats in the water right outside your door. It’s fun to watch them get ready to go out and return from a trip. I have battled skin cancer for over 20 years, and I love that there is an umbrella provided with the table and chairs for shelter. The outdoor space is a shared space with other renters in the other condos, I met some good people. Dolphins came by to visit at sunrise every morning. I saw a momma and her baby. Then in the evening, a couple of manatees swam by. The Egrets and the seagulls are frequent visitors. I named one George. He has been visiting for a while now. If you are thinking about booking- do it. You will be happy you did. I can’t say enough about this place. I absolutely love it. "

"Just a close by get away to the beach. Condo was perfect in every way! Well stocked with everything we needed. Other guest were very nice & spoke very highly of the condo association. Common areas were very well kept & clean.We are already thinking of coming back next year with having other family meeting us there."
