Relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets and great sand beaches in this 2 bedroom 2 full bath with full kitchen condo on the Gulf of Mexico right at World Famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. Everything you expect from a beach vacation is available including heated pool, water sports activities, dining (both casual and fine dining), shell hunting, and beautiful sunsets. A car is not a necessity as we are on the Beach Trolley Line and within walking distance of many activities and eateries.

Location couldn’t have been better. As you can tell by the photos, the unit isn’t directly facing the beach but the patio has a great view from the side. Beautiful, warm pool on the backside of the condo that sat right on the beach. The condo was a bit dated but was priced accordingly. Could have used a couple more bath towels and dish towels but we just bought our own. The host was great. We had a minor issue with the toilet and she had people in there the next morning to fix it without any disruption to us. I would definitely stay again.

A quick girl’s trip to Madeira beach, and this was the perfect spot. Walk to restaurants and shopping across the street, beach access steps away, a nice pool on location and views of the beach. As others mentioned the unit is dated, but clean. Barb was great and we had a wonderful time. We’d come back!

Great location right on the beach, all the shops and restaurants are a short walk across the street, with the marina and boardwalk On this trip we saw a group of Manatees, feeding right on the shoreline Great weather but a bit hot this time

Found this last minute stay and communication was excellent with owner. It is your typical older Mad Beach condo. Could very much use any kind of updating (if you need that) but otherwise clean, owner friendly, lots of beach toys for us to use, quite building and you literally cannot beat the location. Walk across the street to John’s pad for all your food and entertainment needs.

Spent a week at this property with my girlfriends and the place was exactly as described. Location was great: no car needed; Condo had all necessary provisions; Pool was clean and quiet and Barbara, the property host, was very accommodating to our needs. Property was as described in listing. Clean, a/c worked well, and can't beat the location. The property pool was fantastic and right on the beach. Rooms were comfortable. Great view from balcony. Communication with the Owner was efficient and she was very helpful and accommodating. Parking space in covered garage was a plus. Walk across the street to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. We would definitely book again.

Property was very close to many good restaurants and shopping. This property is centrally located between Clearwater and St. Pete. Both are easily accessible via the bus/trolley line that runs about every 20 minutes. No need to find parking at the beaches. Nice pool and beach access.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Shores. We usually stay in Treasure Island but the location in Madeira Beach at Sandy Shores was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.
