"We were warmly welcomed by Kaley (hope I remember and spelled correctly), Shr kindly offer to help with the luggage and accompanied us to the room, explained in details every amenities in the room( the Nespresso coffee machine and capsule, the varieties of black team and coffee bag( not instant coffee) , the electric shower, etc. the room was very clean and with modern decoration, there are full set of shower things. "We booked two rooms expecting them to be interconnected but only told there were none on arrival. Then, no water in the rooms for close to two days. Not an ideal situation for a family of five with little children."
