"We arrived and checked in to be notified we’d gotten an upgrade which was very pleasant, but added an extra hour to be able to check into our room from it getting cleaned as we arrived. There were minor safety concerns around the property such as electrical equipment just hanging on the wall… pool area towels were absolutely covered in bugs, even for what was protected by just a towel for partial coverage. We loved that fire pits were an option right outside the room! "

"This hotel has just been taken over by new management a month ago. I can easily see that the last people left it in very poor conditions. Good luck to the new owners, they have a long road ahead.
