"Nice property. Our instructions were clear as we had a late arrival due to train delays. Room was clean and cool. The accommodation is close to the shops and a walking track that lead you to the Botanic Gardens. Great rooms, and rhe staff were lovely and helpful as we left our bags with reception after our checkout. Great place to stay and very welcoming city. "

"The room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. Walking distance to all restaurant's, everything you needed. Owner was lovely, explained everything and where to go for meals. The property is old but very comfortable, would go there again."
