Getting to the Hotel room couldn't be easier with bus stations just minutes walking distance and just 10 minutes drive to Mackay Airport. Surrounded by endless restaurants, cafes, markets, bottle shops,
and plenty of specialty shops just metres away, you can truly walk to the best that Mackay has to offer.

This apartment is proudly hosted by Airtrip. The check in / key pickup would be from a close by location. All further details will be sent upon confirmation of the booking.

If you luck out on fishing, that's ok our fresh local seafood if available in many restaurants across the city. Mackay also boats many rainforest, rugged hinterland and clear rock pools whether your looking for a nice scenic drive or hiking, Mackay has it all! Cape Hillsborough National Park, Finch Hatton Gorge and Eungella National Park are just an hours drive away.

Enjoy a drink and fresh food at our local harbour, or immerse yourself in rolling green hills and hidden cafes in the pioneer valley. The opportunities are endless!

Pre Check-in Form:
Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with ID provided for guests over 18 years of age and deposit (Pre-Authorisation hold). This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Parking: Anywhere within the secured garage

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Key Pick-Up: The key will be pick up on a nearby location. All further details will be sent upon confirmation of the booking.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

**We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

**Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.

Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $175; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.
- All guests may be require to provide identification at anytime before or during their stay.
