"The day of checkout we had a tour, so we had the hotel store our luggage. When we came back we twice asked for our luggage but the man at the desk ignored our request. When the taxi came he had us come into the room to identify our luggage and that he would put it into the taxi. We were in a hurry and did not notice at the time that there was a suitcase missing from where our luggage was stored. He put the luggage into the taxi as we were in the car so we didn’t count the pieces at the time....

"Proximity to the ruins is brilliant. Also to the town and station. The 4 flights of stairs to the second floor were a workout, but the view of Mt Vesuvius was stunning. The room was great, bed comfortable, and the fridge was a useful extra. Shower takes a really long time to run hot, but is lovely when it does. Lights and noise from the kids park next door during the evening was barely discernible with the door closed. The cafe downstairs is really nice, and obviously a local attraction...

"Tolle Lage, schönes Hotel, Frühstück ok, Kaffee könnte etwas besser sein und man könnte frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen anbieten, sonst alles sehr schön"

"Very good in general"

"Grest be location in the heart of Pompei!"

"The breakfast was good and in a very lovely room overlooking the Pompeii ruins. The location was very close to the archaeological park entrance. Our room had a fantastic view over the ruins. We were very disappointed that there was no coffee machine in the room and they didn’t even provide Nescafé instant coffee. The closest market was about a twenty minute walk away."

"Dino was an excellent host! Very insightful and made some very tasty cornettos!"

"We arrived late in the evening and were offered a family room within the hotel paying a little extra. It was worthy as we where closed to the reception area and the restaurant where breakfast was served. We had a comfortable double bed and our son used the sofa bed which was good too. Bathroom was nice with a shower, no bath. Towels were changed mostly daily. The breakfast was really nice, plenty of variety and great coffee. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had a lovely dinner in the...

"Friendly staff. Perfect location to visit Pompeii!!"

"Personale cordiale, ottima colazione e posizione perfetta. Unica nota negativa la pulizia della camera, che è da migliorare."

"Great location and amazing place!"

"A lovely set of apartment/bedroom properties in an excellent location sharing a common entrance, within steps of the Pompei Santuario Circumvesuviana stop, a short walk to the Pompeii Archeological park ruins, and plenty of food and other options nearby. Room/linens very clean and beds comfortable, if a bit creaky. As others have said, it is on a busy road that backs up especially when train crossing blocks road, but as most of Pompei, and the room seems super safe and the fairly new insulted...

"La salle de bain est privée, mais on doit passer dans un corridor partagé, ce qui est moins plaisant et la douche est petite. Par contre, pour le prix ça en vaut vraiment la peine. L’hôte parle anglais, français, italien et est très sympathique, en plus le déjeuner est inclus."

"Chambre agréable. Le passage des trains ne gêne pas la quiétude de l’endroit. Le personnel à la réception et à l’entretien est dévoué et sympathique. Le partenariat pour les visites des sites est excellent"

"A very unique B&B with the sweetest hosts ever. So helpful, kind, and accommodating. Location is excellent, very close to the main entry to Pompeii Archeological site and about 15 min walk from the regional train station (which we used for the train ride there as the Circumvesuviana was down with zero communication from Trenitalia). We stayed in the Pompeii room which was super fun. Thank you to our lovely hosts!!"
