"Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else. The KTV was nice. You get 1 hour free per day. Also the massage service was great. "

"The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter. The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a affordable, clean, convenient and cozy stay while in Lipa City. "

"The place is awful… looks dirty; the pool ls abandoned, no clear instructions for check in, no staff available, a/c not enough for the size of the room, tv doesnt work, wifi barely works, parking by the street."

"Very upmarket place for the area. Food was fabulous and available to be cooked any hour of the day. Nice wine selection! Clearly a European touch of quality here. Diving was fabulous and VERY personalised. I had a boat and crew to myself for four wonderful dives. This is a Lovely oasis in a popular area that has very variable degrees of quality of resorts. You are safe here and in good hands. The beach is small and a bit rocky but the grounds are very nicely done. It is an credit to the owner Cristof"

"This was my third visit 3 years running staying and diving at Blue Ribbon. They have everything right for a relaxed, but safe, diving vacation. The rooms are fine and everything is convenient. You walk a few meters from your room to eat and not many more to dive. The resort has a friendly family feel to it and the staff were all fabulous. The food is also excellent with lots of variety and its all cooked fresh. Portion sizes are good and prices are reasonable. We did 16 dives over 4 days and our guide Jeff Zapata was first class. I can't wait to visit again. Jon's super friendly dog ('mush') was a delight and it made our day the day he came with us on the boat diving. I look forward to returning soon.
