"This is the second stay for our family of 19. Overall, we love the property because it has adequate rooms for us, the pool, the game room, the tennis/basketball court, and the breakfasts. The landscaping and gardens are beautiful and well-kept. Check-in and communications is great. But two problems persist: the refrigerator in the kitchen was not working our first time and was not working this time (temp was 64), and the operating instructions for the hot tub are not accurate (written instructions at one point are reversed compared to you-tube) so that heater would not come on — fix, do a hard reset. Would we stay again— yes."
