Located in the heart of the 1st arr. from Lyon, a few steps from Place des Terreaux, in the historic center.

This furnished apartment of 40 m² belongs to a magnificent 19th century building complex.

It allows you to discover the historic district of the city and the different aspects of Lyon.

The Space:
It is composed of a pleasant living room with two windows, with a lounge (TV), a sofa, a dining room table, internet, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, -crockery), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate WC.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

This apartment has character, it has been tastefully furnished by an architect who wanted to keep its original parquet floor and its volume. It has all the elements that make it a comfortable and designer apartment, including many works of art.

Wonderful location and nicely appointed

Great location, walking distance to many cafes and excellent restaurants. Also very close to Musee des Beaux Arts which we enjoyed one afternoon. The apartment does have an elevator but there are about eight steps after you get off to get into the unit. Listing says there is a dryer but only a washing machine which worked well.

Lyon stopover

Comfortable, stylish and very well presented. Location perfect for access to all of Lyon. We’d certainly stay here again. . (Make sure you get a lesson on unlocking the French door - typique)
