Located on the third floor whitout elevator, you will spend an authentic stay in Lyon in my renovated apartment, in a typically old Lyon building with a high ceiling. Less than 10 minutes from the Metro Part-Dieu, you can quickly enjoy the most beautiful places of our beautiful city!

Why do my travelers love my apartment and spend a great time in Lyon?

The 33m² flat is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, a modern bathroom with a shower. Upstairs on the mezzanine, you will find two comfortable double beds.
It is equipped with a mobile air conditing ( limited effect with outside temperatures from 30°C).

Thanks to our key box system the entrance to the apartment is rather flexible (after 3PM)

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18€ for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 double beds, the extra cost is 18€/stay.
