Agence Cocoonr offers you this small, cosy studio apartment, the Mezzo, which will welcome you during your stay in Lyon. This apartment is located in the Perrache station area, 50 m from the escalator to get there, in a beautiful old and perfectly maintained building. Located on the 4ᵉ floor with elevator, it is quiet, and overlooks a courtyard. You'll feel right at home!

Renovated last year, it offers every comfort. It benefits from an equipped kitchenette, a living room with a sofa, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, and a mezzanine bed accommodating 2 people.

Ideally located, you can take advantage of the immediate proximity of the shops at the foot of the building, as well as access to Place Bellecour in less than 10 minutes on foot, or to the rest of Lyon by public transport.

Transportation
Quick access to motorways, a perfect location for your stay in Lyon.

Please note that we also have the Ruby apartment, which shares a private landing with the Mezzo if you wish to stay with family or friends during your stay in Lyon.

Il était un peu en retard et a oublié de préparer le deuxième lit, mais il s'est empressé de revenir et le lit était fait à notre retour le soir. Par contre attention à l'état des lieux : bouilloire brûlée, tâches sur le sèche serviettes à la salle de bain et fer à repasser brûlé. Nous n'avons pas vérifié tout cela en arrivant avec le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli. L'agence nous réclame remboursement maintenant, alors que nous n'avons pas utilisé ni la bouilloire ni le fer à repasser et n'avons pas pensé à signalé les tâches (il y avait une serviette de bain sur le sèche-serviettes et nous ne les avons pas remarquées avant le soir et n'avons pas pensé à le signaler). Avis aux voyageurs !"
