Located in one of Lyon's liveliest and most central districts, you'll appreciate the calm and comfort of this spacious, tastefully decorated 90 m² apartment.

It is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator.


It features a large living room with French beams, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge and a 3-seater sofa, as well as a flat-screen TV. There's also a work area with a desk, and a dining table for 4.

The apartment has two bedrooms, the first with a 160*200cm bed, and the second with a 140*190cm bed and a nice wardrobe for your comfort. You'll also have two additional beds on the mezzanine (minimum height 1m35), with two 90*200cm single beds glued together. WARNING: the staircase leading to the mezzanine has no railings.


Finally, a beautiful bathroom with shower, a sink and towel dryer. Separate toilets.

Ideal for a family holiday or a business trip.


WIFI available, sheets and towels included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a traveler's guide giving you all the information you need about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and Lyon's best addresses.


Entry to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a key box. Checkout is scheduled until 11am maximum on the day of your departure.

Late check-out until 1pm possible for an additional €18 (request to be made the day before at the latest).

The entire Memorable Place team is mobilized to guarantee you the safest possible stay! Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used.

As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 or 3 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18€/person for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
