On the 3rd and last floor of an old building, this studio "L'ENDROIT" has just been refurbished; it has a contemporary decoration, it is colorful and bright; I will welcome you with pleasure for your business trips, studies, tourism or others.

The studio is equipped with a double bed and a sofa with 2 single pull-out beds (therefore 4 people max), a functional kitchen and equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, host, dishes, microwave, coffee maker , kettle and washing machine.
In the bathroom, you will find a beautiful Italian shower, a bathroom cabinet and toilet.
There is also a large storage cupboard, a decorative fireplace, a flat screen TV, a very pleasant little balcony, a ceiling fan for the hot summer weather, and blackout blinds for the nights!
and of course WiFi internet !!
Bedding and towels will be ready upon arrival.
Arrivals can be made at any time of the day, including at night!

The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guests,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,
