Check in experience was terrible. The agency never send check in details in advance so when I called, it was so hard to communicate. They don’t answer the phone many times! They do not speak any English and they don’t even want to help me communicating. We had to ask a stranger to translate on the phone. Then when I arrived at the place at 4:30pm, there was no key. The cleaner was also waiting for agency to get back to him. After all that waiting, agency said to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring a key for us. I waited over one hour! Then the place was dirty and not ready for us! The cleaner asked us to wait another one hour to prepare the room. I waisted 2.5hours for check in. Also wifi was not working at all. I had to rewire all connection to make it work by myself. At the point, I have no hope getting any help from the agency. The place is crazy hot. No air circulating. Very noisy at night. You won’t be able to sleep. The worst stay ever I had.
