"The room smelled of stale air and strong cleaning products. There were poorly patched holes in the bathroom door. The morning of our departure the water was shut off due to a “burst pipe repair” but no one from the hotel informed us of the issue. When I tried to call to find out if it was just my room, the room telephone wasn’t working so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. No one apologized for the inconvenience and they did not offer anything to make up for the issue. They just said it was out of their control. "

They are very hard to reach, whennwe finally had someone on the property we found out our room was given to someone else. Not worth the hassle just book nearby at a Hilton. There were a lot of people just smoking or drinking outside their vehicles at midnight, didn't feel safe."

"My wife used a washcloth to help her remove her light makeup. Unknown to us we would be charged $10 for “soiling” a washcloth. It Wash dirty not SOILED! This is a petty way to increase revenue as they likely simply tossed it in the wash and took no further action."
