"Room was clean and well maintained. Fine for pre-cruise 1-night stay. This hotel operates to service cruise ship travelers. They do a great job of it, right down to staplers in the lobby for affixing baggage tags on embarkation day. They also have a direct phone line for taxi-to-ship booking, and provide average meals served by enthusiastic servers in a small dining area. Also of note is a large shopping mall with restaurants, and multi screen cinema directly across the road."

"Excellent location to airport for an early flight. Nice walk to nearby park and further on to Eastleigh. Not much in the area of hotel for food so plan accordingly. Rooms clean and basic but did the job. Very efficient staff in the hotel section, restaurant was ok but expensive for what you get. A pleasant stay."

"In the elevator of this hotel is a big sign requesting a five star review, however no one at this establishment puts any effort into Five Star service. Upon checking in the reception did not advise us that the restaurant was open for dinner or that breakfast was available. We were not told that our room included a free upgraded WiFi. "The room and bathroom was updated. Major issue is the soap dispenser on the wall of the tub, it does not work because of the pump. Had to use the soap pump on hand washing sink. Window glass could use some cleaning and the cobwebs on the top left corner needed to be removed. Staffs are very nice. I had some issues trying to turn off the TV. Paid Breakfast available."

"All good. Moderate priced hotel great for a good nights sleep and clean. Free parking!"
