"Fabulous stay The upgrade was Huge!! All Staff are so friendly and very nice..breakfast was delicious and a good variety I could literally touch the sand from my deck..so beautiful and amazing stay Next time all I want more is a small fridge and safe box the view was fantastic watch the tide and walk on the powder soft sand"

"The hotel to me had a great feeling and the staff were professional and friendly. Parking was excellent. And location toward Westbourne was much better in my opinion as easy access to shops and lovely walk down The Avenue to front etc. lovely period side of the area. The hotel is a little dated and reflects a similar interior to other more traditional seaside hotels. Yes it needs some fresh sealant on baths and perhaps the squeaky floor boards need some work but the overall feel outweighed those bits. Some guests need to learn how to close a door quietly at 6am. I do think a walk round with a screwdriver would solve some really basic issues (and happy to elaborate off record). The pool was fine. I forgot to look at gardens which are i think one of largest a hotel has in Bournemouth area. And you could walk into bournemouth almost down through ‘bournemouth gardens’ which are actually lovely. Despite negatives the positives were great and thank you. May not be walkable to front for some but there were bus stops. Despite being near overpass it was actually really quiet. Food looked excellent but i didn’t eat as breakfast started too late at 8am for work and trips."
