It was really well located, central but on a quiet side street with a park across the road. We would definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Leicester."

"This place is very charming and picturesque. The staff were very friendly and the food was tasty and served quick. The SPA is lovely and clean and it was a very relaxed stay. Stephanie (housekeeping) was absolutely amazing and so pleasant and polite when we need extra toiletries that were missing from our room. We bothered her to take a picture for us and she took the most amazing one for us to keep as a lovely memory of our visit! "
