"The hotel was clean, comfortable and in great condition. The bar was nice with a very good selection of drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was really well located, central but on a quiet side street with a park across the road. We would definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Leicester."

Stephanie (housekeeping) was absolutely amazing and so pleasant and polite when we need extra toiletries that were missing from our room.
