"This hotel was wonderful. I was immediately greeted upon entering and even though I was early they arranged for me to access my room quickly. The room was quiet, clean, spacious, and well appointed. The on site spa was so nice I had massages both days I was there. Pool was lovely! I ate lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the food was good. I'd definitely stay here again."

"The staff were probably the best part of the experience. All were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The pool area wasnt the cleanest, could be better. However l, still enjoyable. Didnt get a chance to try the food at the hotel, the menu was slightly expensive, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Outside the hotel wasn't the cleanest and when going out at night, when it was cooler, you need to be careful. "

"I like that we had a big unit with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. Bathrooms need upgrades as well as furniture in the living room. We can hear the noise from unit above us dragging their chairs. Air condition needs upgrading in masters bedroom. Robert restaurant manager is amazing letting us order ahead as we have a late arrival and he even set up the food in our unit. Front desks staffs and security and housekeeping all polite. Hotel is close to shopping malls. It was overall a pleasant stay."
