"The staff were great.The location good. Hotel and room were otherwise clean. My room had good aircon which was appreciated. The hotel is in an old building and does have character. It doesn't have a lift and it probably isn't the most suitable hotel for those with wheelchair needs/mobility difficulties.However there stain marks on the carpet on the entrance to my room. Given it's listed as three star hotel i would expect complementary in room tea and coffee meaking facilities (even if basic)-...
