Hidden in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental cabin is surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty. The cabin, ‘Restful Pines’ is centrally located from downtown Luray, the George Washington National Forest, and Shenandoah Valley. Venture out for public access to the Shenandoah River along with canoe, kayak, and tube rentals. Then, return to dine in the outdoor dining area and roast s’mores around the fire pit to end the day.

This was our 3rd stay in the Luray area, and so far the best. Location was remarkable, completely quiet. The house itself was exceptionally clean. The gift bag and chocolates on the table speaks volumes about the owners valuing their guests! My wife and I plan on returning to this location.

We had a great experience with this cabin. Perfect for a short visit to Luray and the mountains. The cabin was clean and had most of the amenities needed for cooking and enjoying your stay. We loved the switch fireplace that made our nights perfect. Great fire pit area and grill available. We thought the cabin was spacious for its size. This location is so close to downtown luray, the caverns and other near by towns. If you are looking for a great spot in Luray to relax and enjoy the area, this is the place to do it at. Enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back soon.

Property was super clean and great location to Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. The fireplace and dvds provided by the owner were a nice touch. Only downside is that the upstairs and downstairs matresses/pillows are not the most comfortable neither is the synthetic sheets. Overall was perfect for a weekend!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at restful pines ! The amenities were great and there was enough space for my family of four ! We were 10min away from Fort valley ranch , and if you like horseback riding or want to try it out ! That is the place to go!! We were also 5 min away from downtown Shenandoah and Luray caverns, which were all nice places to visit ! I highly recommend this property for its convenience to attractions in the area and its warm and welcoming environment! The house was very clean , and easily accessible! I would definitely be booking another weekend getaway at this property!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking ware, utensils, and cooking basics, plus all of the appliances. Both bedrooms are great sizes and the bed is cozy. Towels (super soft) and basic toiletries are provided. Fire pit was great to use and there's wood available for use. The location is great and quiet!

Beautiful exceptionally clean and gracious host. Cabin was over the top. Well stocked and beautiful and clean. Beds were comfy and the surrounding area was so nice. Luray caverns was only 15 min. Away and close to skyline caverns and Luray zoo as well.

We selected this property because my 10-year-old son wanted to celebrate his birthday by doing "a bunch of outdoors stuff up in the mountains." And it was perfect! We did spend some time relaxing at the cabin, but also made some side trips to the caverns, the adventure park, apple picking, atv trail riding, canoeing on the Shenandoah, mountain biking, hiking, and even a treetop zipline! My son was very excited and very pleased, and having this cabin made it all possible. Easy process, convenient location, wonderful amenities, and comfortable stay all-around... Thank you!

Restful Pines was the perfect home base for our family adventures in Shenandoah National Park. Super close to Luray Caverns and the sweet village, this cottage had everything we needed for our fam of 5. Toasting marshmallows in the fire pit was a fantastic way to end each day of fun. Definitely recommend :)
