"I wish I could say I loved my stay, but it was more aggravating, especially during my birthday and not only did I not get my check in information but at 1 AM I was unable to get into the room after traveling all day and they made me problem solved when I had tried to get into the gate And I was on hold for an hour you the videos and photos they sent. You are not actual way to get into the property there’s cats and trash everywhere. I had to use a set of keys, which I almost lost multiple times...

"This unit was everything that it advertised. While it is tight in a few areas such as the bathroom, it was very clean. The air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat and humidity from outside - it actually got chilly and had to be turned down. We did not prepare any meals during our stay, but there was an adequate supply of pans and utensils to do so. The king sized bed was quite comfortable and had plenty of pillows. "PROS The location of this property is right on the beach with wonderful views. You are mere steps away! We loved that the unit had 2 Tommy Bahama chairs and an umbrella. The unit did have a newer air unit in the bedroom (not the one in the ad pictures under the window); however, we enjoyed opening the windows, patio door and slats on the front door to take advantage of the beautiful ocean breeze. "Spectacular view. Best of both worlds, beach on 1 side -city on the other. Very walkable. Kitchen needs good scrubbing. Was hoping to do some cooking instead of constantly having to go out to eat but the cookware was not what you would expect in a vrbo. Old dirty kitchen had moldy broken drain . A heavy cleaning and a view items replaced and this place would be amazing. Beach lounge chairs only $4 a day rite in front of building. Also need fob to get in and Out of every where at condo . "Absolutely peaceful and wonderful!!! Great communication. Unfortunately the cafe was not open during our stay but that posed no problem with us. I suggest plan ahead and be stocked on beer or what not. The regular ferry that carries many people was down for repair/inspection, but they utilized a barge. This is not common. The only bad thing to that was they could only transport 5-6 at a time. Our stay was 100 percent awesome !!!"

"My entire family loved this home. It had everything we could possibly need and even more...beach umbrella, chair, beach towels and even a snorkeling mask. Two bathrooms, great hosts who were super friendly and even showed us some of the fruit trees they were growing. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is very close to the airport, perfect for an early flight. It’s also on the way to the rainforest in one direction, old San Juan and all points west in the other. It’s roomy and clean. My host was very nice and has a lovely little patio with a ton of plants and a mango tree! It’s also close to the best BBQ place, Bebo’s. I hate in-line water heaters but they are everywhere in PR."

"Our host gave us great directions for self check in, though we had no idea had to call the elevator. But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. We could walk to the beach, had easy access to the amazing Panderri bakery and restaurant, and easy access to the food kiosks. The sheets could use upgrading, but the bed and shower were great, and the refrigerator and microwave were welcome. "

"Since the moment we arrived, our stay was everything we wanted. Place was beautiful. Got our family of 8 perfectly. Clean, convenient to everything and property manager was more than accommodating. We arrived early and asked if we could possibly get an early check in and they were able to do that. We didn’t leave til late at night and asked if we could possibly get a late check out and they made that happen too. We would definitely rent again. Thank you thank you!"

"We had a great time for our first trip to Puerto Rico. The apartment was very clean, plenty of towels, toiletry, cooler and beach chairs provided. It's located on the beach as advertised and is within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was mostly quiet at night. The property is secure and we felt safe during the visit. Hector is awesome and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again!"
