其實整體來說CP值還蠻高的，而且距離羅東夜市很近，但是蚊子真的有夠多，我一個晚上打殺了13隻蚊子，朋友殺了3隻，最後還去朋友家借電蚊香。 然後冷熱水裝反（標示有確實反過來），朋友傻傻洗冷水澡，不高興外，其他都還蠻不錯啦。

房間隔局不佳，電視和座位塞在很窄的空間，裝潢普通，地板是用地貼，但不算平整。 整體房間算是乾淨整潔，離羅東夜市近，走路約3~5分鐘。

入住時要打電話聯絡，會找不到地方。 但聯絡時房東感覺很不耐煩，話還沒講完就把電話掛掉，讓人感覺很差。 房東要求上樓時要在一樓先換上房間的拖鞋，但完全沒有可以讓人坐下換鞋的地方，對穿球鞋的房客很不友善。 房間格局很奇怪，電視跟床的距離很遙遠，是個人滿在意的小缺點。 浴室的排水系統很糟糕，盥洗時洗手台的水竟然會滿到三分之二，洗澡時水也會淹到大概一個腳掌高。 總而言之，不會再次入住，也不會推薦親友們，主要原因還是因為房東服務態度實在太差。

地址不符 必須電話聯繫 才得抵達 訂了兩間房 有一間上個房客使用過的浴巾沒有收也沒補新的 房間乾淨 安靜 整體狀況還不錯 步行羅東夜市五分鐘即可到達

Must contact the hotel after booking. My family waited at the gate for 30 minutes until the arrival of next guests. The room was on the highest floor. The air-con took the whole night to cool down the room. The beds and washroom are good.
