"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated by the river, which was lovely for morning walks. We upgraded to a suite, which was spacious, well designed, and thoughtfully appointed. The bed was super comfortable, too. Our shower was a little slow to drain, but the staff responded to the issue quickly and with great professionalism, which we really appreciated. There’s a restaurant on site, a bar that stays open late, a gym, and a small indoor pool that can be booked for a private session. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed for one night while seeing a band at The Barbican, which is less than a 5 mins walk away. Not far for city centre & bus stops nearby if required. Clean enough room, ideal for what I needed. Decent breakfast served by friendly & informative owner. Would use again for similar stay."

"Lovely, spacious studios in a really lovely quiet area of York- not too far to walk into the city. We enjoyed a croissant and coffee next to the river in the morning sun- really pleasant stay. Rooms were comfortable with lovely kitchen facilities- it was so nice to be able to have somewhere to prepare food. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the foyer area stocked basic foods for breakfast and snacks - lovely stay"
