"The pictures are true to what the place looks like. The place is nicely decorated and they’ve made good use of a smaller space. The view from the deck is nice and the sunset views from the dock are beautiful! Eric is quick to respond and is incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here! "
"Very cute house in a great area of Dripping Springs. The only thing I’d suggest is a few more towels for the guests, and supplies such as dish soap and paper towels, as well as dish towels for washing dishes. Other than those minor things, it was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

"We have stayed here 2 years in a row, a week each time, and loved every minute. Great neighborhood, EASY and fast lake access. The lake cove is peaceful and not too long or small. It’s close to good food and a gas station or DG if you need something on the fly, and minutes from Duck Creek. We loved hanging out on the dock and having the boat at our disposal is a GREAT perk! We took the boat just outside the cove for the Duck Creek fireworks. "
