It was centrally located, had off street parking and Gaia made sure that our stay was absolutely perfect. Very near (walking distance) to Lugano train station and center of the city. Staff was great in explaining how to use Ticino transportation card (a great perk in the area, especially with the train station so close ) -- and then working with us on options when our flight was delayed on the last day.
