"Everything was perfect. We have attended meetings here the past as well as met freinds for dinner in the restaurant. And of course had many of their infamous DELICIOUS Pecan Rolls! However, this time we had the pleasure of actually staying overnight at the inn. Staff, Room, our meeting room, food served for meeting was excellent. I would highly recommend the Publick House for a short get away,long stay. meeting venue or celebration venue. The grounds are also very beautiful and well maintained. Just a beautiful place!"

"Our room was beautiful. We had a massage chair which was a surprise. Check in was quick. The young man behind the desk was very kind. Finding the hotel was a little difficult even with Google Maps. More signage is needed maybe? Also I and another person tried to buy wine at check in which was on display at the front desk but the young man was too young to sell it and there was no-one else there to help, That was disappointing."

"Great location for visiting folks north and south of Holyoke. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the proximity to the bike paths, the breakfast buffet, and the room itself. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The laundry facilities were great as well. We have been choosing the “D” hotel for several years now and will be back! The staff is very professional and helpful!"
