"The hotel was so quiet despite being next to a tube line and under a flight path. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Great choice for breakfast. Black out blinds were amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Best nights sleep I've had in a hotel for a long while. Only disappointing part was that the restaurant wasn't open. We were able to order a meal for room service but there wasn't a massive choice."

"So this is a waterfront hotel modeled after a Pod Hotel. The rooms are basically 20' container size, ergonomically designed to provide as many amenities as possible in a room half the size of my walk in closet. The bed is comfortable, but runs wall to wall to window. THERE IS NO CLOSET, 6 plugs booked into the wall to hang clothes. Pretty awesome for a student, but I was traveling on business at the start of 5 weeks with suits and oxfords to hang. Food or over priced and GE grade (good enough). Now that's the forensic review. This is a culturally/socially conscious hotel, and for that I'll overrate! Each room has a name on the door because that room supports that person in Central/South America with a week of school for every night booked. As much as I like my 5 Star $600/night hotels, I cannot ignore the social equity this business claims, that seems legitimate. So, I'll probably stay there again, though not for business.... As a novelty when I'm in London with my wife."

"Great location for the Excel Conference Centre - lovely staff in all areas - I can only make one suggestion and that would be to move the mirror closer to the plug, as its really difficult to do your hair when the plug is so far away - plus a shelf would be good near to the mirror too. Apart from that - it was really good and would highly recommend."
