"Room and bathroom both clean, bed and comforter/pillows very comfortable, above average quality. Airport shuttle prompt and easy. Staff super nice. Only complaint is that I arrived late at almost 11pm and there was no food available. Room service was to be done by phone scan and app but it did not work after many tries, I gave up. I chose a more expensive hotel with full service knowing I would arrive late and was counting on the room service for dinner after a long day. It was disappointing as it was the one service I really needed."
