"The apartment is located on the last floor of a building, thus being a duplex (two floors inside with stairs) apartment. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. There is no central air conditioning in the building, in each room you have standalone air conditioners, which make a terrible noise. "It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities."

The property had well equipped kitchen and dining area which we liked very much. The one thing that was missing was a good fan/cooler for this summer. "We didn't realize it was a school campus, but the students where all very friendly and helpful. It would of been nice to have a little more service, but all in all, it was close to the main attractions and I didn't mind the simplicity as much as my sister did. I saw the pictures first."

Once we got to our room our balcony was unusable due to the construction and there was no view due to the scaffolding. The beds were like sleeping on a rock and were very uncomfortable. They did attempt to accommodate us by letting us look at a different room to stay in but it was only a studio compared to the 2 bedroom we had paid for so we declined. "while the location of the apartment was wonderful.. the apartment is located in a building housing, almost exclusively, students. Thus it was very noisy very late (until 2/3 am). the biggest disappointment however was the lack of internet access throughout our 5 night stay."
