"Not private! We booked this property because it said “you’ll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.” We immediately left after discovering that it is just a couple rooms in a man’s house and he would be there the entire time. Such a waste of money. "

"This was a great little getaway, The cost per night was fair for what you get.The lake and fishing was great. although be prepared for the road to cabin and boat ramp need some attention it wouldn’t hurt to cut back overgrown bushes and maintain the road and mowing the grass down to the lake area. The cabin is sufficient, The hot water is hot and the air conditioner is cold beds just OKAY. although it would have been nice if spiderwebs were knocked down and hanging lights need to be replaced....

"Our family was in Lucedale for my father’s funeral. This home is lovely, clean, and owners are very hospitable. It’s large enough for large group to visit with 2 sitting areas and a lovely outside for kids to run and play. We enjoyed our stay and it felt like home. "
