"Staff is very friendly, but the food wasn't the best. This was our 2nd time going to grand palladium. Our 1st visit was amazing! But the 2nd time around, things weren't great. There is also a small restaurant serving burgers and hot dogs, which was reasonable, and a coffee shop offering coffee and light snacks, which was also nice. Unfortunately, the other...

"I will give the hotel property a three star, due to the fact that The amenities are really old as is the hotel. The swimming pool has silver pieces broke in the tub."

"No complaints about any of it. Food portions are very generous and priced well."
