"We didn't spend too much time at the property but it was perfect. The a/c units worked great wand was able to accommodate our party of 7. The owner and his mother live in adjoining properties so they're very responsive if anything is needed. His mother was AMAZING with our daughter with special needs!"

Die Umgebung ist ruhig und man hat jede Menge Platz um sich einfach frei bewegen zu können. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir hatten herrliches Wetter und konnten entweder auf der Terrasse oder auf dem Balkon essen oder am Abend einfach nur in die Sterne schauen und die Stille genießen. Von dem grandiosen Blick in das weite Tal konnten wir uns nicht satt...

"We had a great holiday at Fabio's place near Monteguidi in September. We have been there for two weeks in September and really enjoyed the apartment and the great pool area. The apartment was very comfortable and cosy with a well-equipped kitchen, but we have also been to very good restaurants in the surrounding area. Fabio has been a great host and was very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this accommodation for a relaxing holiday!"

"Wij hebben genoten van ons onderkomen. Attente host die na onze vraag welk koffiezetapparaat er aanwezig was (klein Italiaans app) een bonen koffiemachine neergezet, super lief. We hadden alleen een kleine badkamer, maar dat was minder erg. Verder toplocatie. Het enige wat ze misschien uit hun advertentie kunnen halen is -dicht bij zee-. TIP….. Maak leuke foto’s van jullie mooie kleine dorpje."

"We werden netjes ontvangen door de eigenaar. Hij spreekt goed Engels. Het appartement is heel netjes en ruim met twee badkamerspullen en heeft een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad. Een ritje naar Siena is maar 6km."

She made us welcome from the moment we arrived, and allowed us space to enjoy our stay. She shared a list of reccomendations for restaurants which also came in handy for our stay. "The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The balcony over looks a garden & orchard, and enjoyed sitting out there at the end of the day. It is about a 15 min walk to the main square, on a quiet street. The host was very helpful. Restaurants and grocery store not to far away."
