Great spot to enjoy Lucca. This apartment is located on a dead end street so the stay was very quiet. I stayed here for roughly 9 days and was able to move around easy. Ester was great and easy to get ahold of, makes this even better after a long days travel getting to Lucca from the States.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la location, rien ne manque, Ester a été très accueillante ! La location est très bien placée pour les visites. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Merci Ester ! La communication a été très facile, grâce à Ester qui parle très bien français.

Die Lage entsprach nicht ganz der Beschreibung. Um in die Stadt zu gelangen ist ein Auto oder Bus empfehlenwert. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten, die Ausstattung war insgesamt gut. Das "Bett" war eine aus mehreren Teilen zusammengesetzte Schlafmöglichkeit mit alten, dünnen Matratzen. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir auf die Vermieterin warten, bei der Abreise ist sie leider trotz Verabredung nicht erschienen und hat auf SMS und Anruf nicht reagiert.

- Sehr gepflegte , geschmacksvolle Wohnungseinrichtung mit gut funktionierender Infrastruktur (Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, gut ausgestattete Küche) - freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die bei Fragen und Problemen sofort zur Stelle sind - ausgesprochen ruhiges (trotz der nahen viel befahrenen Via Romana) und angenehmes (freundliche Bewohner) Quartier - 3 Supermärkte in 3-Minuten-Autodistanz - gesicherter Parkplatz - gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert Anregung an die Vermieterin: einige nützliche Informationen bereitstellen (Anleitung für Waschmaschine und Backherd, Tipps für Ausflüge/Spaziergänge jenseits der touristischen Highlights, persönliche Empfehlung von Restaurants)

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen geführt, der Kontakt ist toll! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und eine gute Basis für Ausflüge in die Altstadt oder ins Umland.

The property had all we required for our 10 day break. Good aircon and peaceful location. It was further from the town than we had anticipated and maybe we should have made more use of the bus rather than walking. Better directions to the property would be of benefit. If the owner had not been there to talk us in, I doubt we would have found it. To a foreigner, the mattress shop is not obviously a mattress shop until you have driven past it a few times and the turn off to the property is before the shop, which is well set back. A map showing the road to the property in relation to the Roundabout before and after it and the Barbers Club, might be more useful. All in all a good property ideal for our break

Bei Ankunft hat uns Ester bereits zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt erwartet. Sowohl die Übernahme als auch die Rückgabe verliefen reibungslos. Ester ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles, was benötigt wird. Unter anderem eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine, was in Italien nicht überall gegeben ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es war sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in einer kleinen Seitenstraße vor dem Ortskern liegt. Lucca konnten wir gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Stadt selbst ist sehr schön. Pisa, Livorno, sind in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen. Die etwas weiteren Urlaubsziele Florenz, La Spezia sind am einfachsten mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Die Bahntickets waren sehr günstig. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, dazu hat die Unterkunft mit beigetragen. Sollten wir die Gegend nochmal ansteuern, wissen wir, wo wir unsere Wohnung buchen.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, heureusement que la clim était présente par ces fortes chaleurs ! Très bon séjour dans cette région de Toscane. Merci à Ester pour tout les renseignements donnés pour notre arrivée et durant le séjour Au plaisir.

En fin lejlighed til byferie. De to altaner er meget små, så det er svært at være udenfor, hvis man er mere end to.
