"This is a great location in Siena, close to all the sights. Just a note that there is no elevator, but the front desk man kindly carried my luggage up to the 2nd floor which was great. My only challenge was that the room was very warm (25.3C), and there was no working fan to move air around. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enjoy being outside in their gorgeous gardens much but we did have some spectacular views of Siena when we did. We didn't realize when we booked how far from city centre we would be, but the good thing was that the bus picked us up at the bottom of the driveway and for 1.70 each took us to the city centre . "Beautiful well maintained location! Amazing views! The breakfast buffet was great and so large! Particularly loved the orange juice and cappuccino machines. The restaurant on site has the same menu for lunch and dinner so pro tip eat lunch at the bar with a different menu if you aren’t going out. The shuttle only goes to San Gimignano and runs at 10, 11:15, 1:30 and 5:15. We wish there was a 3PM option but taking public transport is cheap and easy. "I cannot say enough about this hotel...it is one of my best memories of Florence. From the beautiful garden/terrace to the wonderful staff it was amazing. Location is a bit out of the busy touristy area but close enough to walk to see many things. We loved to join fellow guests in the garden for wine in the evening or good coffee in the morning ( self serve coffee 24 hours which I loved as we are early risers). "This place was very nice, nearly brand new in appearance and cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere seems a little too vibrant and geared towards a younger clientele base. The live music on Saturday night was loud enough that it kept us awake well past 1 a.m. Other than that we had a great stay!"

"This property is very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with our stay. One thing to note is that our room was equipped with a portable air conditioning system. It worked well, but would start with a rattle."
