Not impressive from the start. Security for the duplex was very, very poor. All you had to keep place secure was a door knob with a code. There was a hole where the dead bolt was supposed to be- it had a cover- but could easily be popped.had to put table in front of door at night to feel safe. house had only 1 plastic hanger for clothes- had to go buy some for use. Bathroom sink had draining issues. The backyard that the write up said was nice was completely uncut & fence had missing pickets as well as bricks stacked to cover holes. The write up also said this was a “house” -it wasn’t a house. It was part of a duplex- actually a 3-plex. Overall was just not a good place to stay- especially when it was not able to be secured/locked. We actually reached out questioning this issue - no resolution was offered.
